Each prior authorization submission to a payer counts as one PA. Resubmissions after a denial and appeal submissions are counted separately. If a PA is submitted and then withdrawn before a payer decision, it is not counted. We track all PA events in the dashboard so you always know where you stand against your plan cap.
Yes. Additional provider licenses can be added to both the Clinic and Practice plans at any time. Pricing for additional licenses varies by plan tier. Contact us for exact add-on pricing. The System plan includes unlimited provider licenses with no additional cost per seat.
Yes. Medicare Advantage plans from major insurers including UnitedHealth, Humana, Aetna, and BCBS are supported on the Practice and System plans. The Clinic plan supports one payer network, which can be configured to a Medicare Advantage plan at setup. Commercial, Medicaid managed care, and Medicare Advantage are all within scope.
The Clinic plan supports a single EHR integration via FHIR R4. At setup, you choose which EHR to connect — Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or Allscripts are all supported. If you use a different EHR, contact us — we support HL7 v2 as a fallback for most systems. The Practice plan supports up to three EHR connections simultaneously.
The Clinic plan comes with a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you get full access to all Clinic-tier features — ambient capture, note generation, PA automation for one payer network, and EHR integration with one system. No credit card required to start. At the end of 30 days, you can continue with a paid plan or let the trial expire with no charge.
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with all System plan accounts and available on the Practice plan upon request. Clinic plan customers who require a BAA for compliance purposes should contact us — we will accommodate the request. All Prioriq infrastructure is built with HIPAA controls in mind and reviewed against current guidance from HHS.
